Our client builds autonomous AI agents natively inside ServiceNow (a $10B+ platform), a brand-new space with no established playbook. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures at seed, with Fortune 500 customers already signed (United Healthcare/Optum, ASICS, Fox, HubSpot, Alera Group). Founded by ex-Moveworks AI leadership. Series A imminent.
What you'll do
- Full-cycle sales of six-to-seven-figure enterprise deals ($100k–$1M)
- Complex, multi-stakeholder sales (CIOs, VPs of IT, platform owners)
- Self-sourced pipeline generation
- Founding-team access on every major account
The package
- $140–200k base, 50/50 split (OTE ~$280–400k)
- Full medical / dental / vision
- Remote-friendly (US or Canada), ideally one hire in San Francisco
- Early-stage equity ahead of the Series A
