A group growing through acquisitions is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to structure its finance function and support its M&A operations.
The company
Our client is a group growing through acquisitions (several entities, M&A operations under way) that is structuring its finance function. A human-sized company but with group-level challenges, with involved shareholders and an ambitious development trajectory across the greater South-West.
What you'll do
- Steer the entire finance function: accounting, treasury, management control, consolidation
- Structure management control and group reporting (multi-entity)
- Support acquisition operations (due diligence, financial integration)
- Manage relationships with banks, investors and statutory auditors
- Secure tax, legal and regulatory compliance
- Be the leader's right hand on strategic and budgetary decisions
The package
- Base salary €90,000 – €120,000 + variable
- A co-leadership role, right hand to the leader
- Based in Bordeaux
- Involvement in growth operations (M&A): rare and valuable experience
- A stable environment with a strong structuring mandate
