An independent 4-star hotel on the French Riviera is looking for a General Manager to lead its operations and uphold its upmarket positioning.
The company
Our client operates an 80-room 4-star hotel on the French Riviera, an establishment renowned for the quality of its service and its upmarket positioning. An independent structure committed to operational excellence and the guest experience, with a premium seasonality.
What you'll do
- Run the establishment's overall operations (accommodation, F&B, services)
- Manage and unite the teams (recruitment, scheduling, upskilling)
- Steer commercial performance: RevPAR, occupancy rate, yield management
- Guarantee an impeccable level of quality and guest satisfaction
- Track the establishment's P&L, budgets and investments
- Represent the hotel to partners, guests and institutional bodies
The package
- Base salary €55,000 – €70,000 + bonus on targets
- Staff accommodation possible / hotel benefits
- Role based in Nice
