Our client is building the AI operating system for legal and compliance (agents for contract analysis and regulatory workflows). Founded by ex-Ramp Staff Engineers, $9M+ raised (Hanabi, Boxgroup, angels from Ramp and Decagon). A founding GTM role with real autonomy over strategy.
What you'll do
- Create and execute the sales playbook from scratch
- Strong outbound focus and autonomy over strategy
- Full-cycle sales to the C-suite
- Success measured by deal volume and learning rate
The package
- $140–220k base + 15% commission
- Equity (0.1–0.5%)
- In-person in New York (relocation support possible)
- Early-stage environment, high autonomy
