A high-audience web product is looking for a Full-Stack Lead Developer to steer its technical choices and mentor a squad within a modern product organisation.
The company
Our client develops an ambitious, high-audience web product within a modern product organisation (cross-functional squads, discovery, continuous delivery). A TypeScript / React / Node stack, a high technical bar and a strong culture of craft and mentoring.
What you'll do
- Technically lead a squad of 4 developers (code review, mentoring, upskilling)
- Own the product's architecture choices and technical standards
- Contribute to the code across the whole stack (React, Node, TypeScript)
- Ensure the quality, testability and performance of the work delivered
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design on the roadmap
- Take part in technical recruitment and in the engineering culture
The package
- Base salary €65,000 – €85,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid: 2 to 3 days of remote working, offices in Paris
- BSPCE, health insurance, lunch card
- A modern stack and a genuine lead role (technical + people)
- Training budget and dedicated time for tech watch and craft
