A high-performing industrial site is looking for a Production Manager to run a production unit and drive its continuous-improvement approach.
The company
Our client is a high-performing industrial site (manufacturing sector) committed to an approach of operational excellence and continuous improvement. A solid company with regular investment in its production tools, a strong QHSE culture and hands-on management.
What you'll do
- Supervise a production unit of 60 people (shift teams)
- Steer the performance indicators (productivity, quality, lead times, OEE)
- Guarantee the safety and QHSE compliance of the workshop
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, problem solving)
- Manage the team leaders and develop the operators' skills
- Steer investments and maintenance in liaison with the support functions
The package
- Base salary €55,000 – €70,000 depending on experience + variable
- Role based near Lille
